1. Scope of Services
Vida Sports offers college recruiting guidance, consulting, and access to recruiting platforms. The specific services provided will depend on the package selected by the client from the options outlined on our service package page. The full scope of your service will be confirmed via email or invoice prior to payment.
2. Payment & Pricing
Prices may vary based on the package selected, duration, or agreements made between the client and a Vida Sports representative. All prices and payment plans are outlined via email or invoice and become binding once payment is made. By submitting payment (in full or partially), the client acknowledges and agrees to the pricing and structure outlined in that communication.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Vida Sports does not offer refunds for services rendered or for change of mind. Exceptions may apply in cases of non-delivery of agreed services, subject to review by the Company.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Actively participate in the recruiting process
- Respond in a timely manner to requests and communication
- Provide necessary documents and accurate information
- Follow guidance and respect communication boundaries
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact the effectiveness of the service.
5. Communication & Support
Support availability depends on the package purchased. Vida Sports aims to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vida Sports does not guarantee athletic or academic scholarships, specific placements, or admissions outcomes. The client acknowledges that success depends on multiple factors outside of the Company’s control. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
7. Termination Policy
Vida Sports reserves the right to terminate service in cases of abuse, harassment, non-payment, or conduct that damages the reputation or operation of the Company. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Clients may also cancel ongoing services, but no refund will be given for completed work.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Amendments
Vida Sports reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request and/or posted on the website.
10. Agreement by Payment
By submitting payment (in full or in part) to Vida Sports through any method (bank transfer, Stripe, invoice, etc.), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
11. NCAA Compliance
Vida Sports operates in full compliance with NCAA Bylaw 12.3.3.1, which permits prospective student-athletes to use scouting or recruiting services, provided that the fee paid is not contingent on securing institutional financial aid or placement at a college or university.
The service fee paid to Vida Sports is solely for consulting, guidance, content creation, access to recruiting platforms, and administrative support. The fee is fixed and not based on the athlete’s success in obtaining a scholarship or admission.
Vida Sports does not guarantee placement, scholarship offers, or athletic outcomes. The decision to recruit and award financial aid rests entirely with the institutions.
